The Boarding/Riding/Lesson equestrians of the City of New York cannot say how much appreciation and gratitude there is for their caring, fantastic representatives Senator Andrew Lanza & Assemblyman Michael Cusick.
Both Senator Lanza & Assemblyman Cusick have taken on this issue of preserving the rights of horse husbandry without hesitation.
